Really works! Improved my sleeping habits!

I was recommended this product through an acquaintance and while I was always skeptical about these types of products, the results were quite wonderful!! It may seem uncomfortable to keep the mouth guard in your mouth while sleeping at first (why not??), but the directions are pretty clear that the user should get accustomed to using a mouth guard and that comes via a process.

So these are my initial impressions about the product. I have used the product a few times now and feel it works perfectly with the tongue restraint. It is a well thought out product. If placed inside the mouth in the right way, it stays fixed without falling off (even when I twist and turn) throughout the night.
